I am a current Federal Employee who wanted to get a better insight to the federal resume and hiring process I think this book does a pretty good job at covering how to write your resume and apply for a federal job I would recommend this book to others interested in learning how to write a better federal resume and learn about the process This is a good reference book and it is an easy read
