The book was mailed out very quickly and it was a new book However when I received the book it appeared as though it had been stored in a moist place because the pages were rippled like they would be if they got wet Some of the corners of the book were a little mashed in but that could ve been due to shipping All in all it was a good deal with quick shipping Everything CD online code was included and intact I m sure the book was new when I received it but maybe they don t have the best place to store the books
