I have ordered this book since March 6th and untill now theres no package I received I have been contact the post office 4 times to confirmed the package but even email the seller about theres no conclusion they only said just check it in the post office ask someone in the bulding Im provide the address where I work I received another packaged that I ordered from another sellers and theres no problem at all But this seller is very poor service I dont think I can give any feedbaack for the poor service like this But whatever let them learn how to satisfied the customer not just take away the money from the credit card and said the product has delivered Agai Im so dissapointed with this seller

I wish had purchased this book earlier They presented the material in very basic way that made it seem easier than when I was learning it for the first time in high school
>> Do not buy if you want to use the CD
The CD will work only on XP if you use VISTA OS and look forward to use the CD that comes with this book do not buy
I wish Kaplan will specify the OS the CD will work the CD contains only tests there is no reading material do not expect PDF or ebook
The book seems to be good i have not yet started in full swing yet
